ABOUT RAIL IN WALES AND THE WEST

Following a successful debut in 2018, the 4th Friday Club’s Rail in the West event moves to Cardiff for 2019. The exciting new 15-year Wales and Borders franchise promises major investment in rolling stock and infrastructure, while the modernisation programme on the Western draws to a close – so there is much to reflect on and look forward to.
